Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta Methylmercury TMDL

The Delta Methylmercury TMDL was adopted by the Regional Board on 22 April 2010. It was approved by the State Water Resources Control Board and the California Office of Administrative Law. Final approval by the U.S. EPA was received on 20 October 2011. The TMDL was adopted as a Basin Plan Amendment and includes a control program to reduce methylmercury and inorganic mercury in the Delta.
