Final Staff Report describes the components of the Basin Plan Amendment for The Control of Diazinon and Chlorpyrifos Runoff into the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta. Alternatives are considered and the basis for the recommended amendment is discussed. - Appendices A-C
Appendix A is a list of Delta Waterways. Appendix B is a summary of monitoring programs and studies used as sources of diazinon and chlorpyrifos concentration data. Appendix C is a comparison of existing concentrations to the proposed loading capacity. - Appendix D-E
Appendix D contains cost calculations. Appendix E contains background information for seven geographic subareas within the Delta Watershed. - Appendix F-I
Appendix F contains maps of agricultural diazinon and chlorpyrifos applications. Appendix G contains criteria calculations for diazinon and chlorpyrifos. Appendix H contains responses to scientific peer review comments. Appendix I contains the suggested format for public comment letters.
