    Proposed Administrative Civil Liability Order to resolve the Administrative Civil Liability Complaint issued to the Discharger by the Assistant Executive Officer on 15 July 2016 for mandatory minimum penalties for effluent violations that occurred between 30 June 2015 through 31 July 2015. The Discharger is a publicly owned treatment works serving a small community and is completing a compliance project in lieu of payment to address the effluent violations.   • City of Marysville, Wastewater Treatment Facility - Tentative Settlement Agreement and Stipulation for Entry of Administrative Civil Liability Order
    On 28 April 2016, Board staff issued an offer to enter into settlement prior to the issuance of an Administrative Civil Liability (ACL) notification letter to the City of Marysville (Discharger). This letter informed the Discharger of impending issuance of an ACL Complaint and invited the Discharger to negotiate a settlement of the ACL to avoid issuance of a Complaint. The Assistant Executive Officer and the Discharger were able to reach a tentative settlement that is available for public comment until 5:00 p.m. on 5 June 2017.     An Expedited Payment Letter (EPL) to settle Mandatory Minimum Penalties (MMPs) was issued by the Assistant Executive Officer on 7 November 2018. On 5 December 2018, the Discharger accepted the offer to settle the alleged MMPs by participating in the EPL program. Any person wishing to comment on this matter may submit written comments to the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board no later than 7 January 2019.
