NCTD ACL Complaint No. R9-2008-0021
As a result of continued noncompliance after the issuance of Administrative Civil Liability (ACL) Complaint No. R9-2007-0093 on August 31, 2007; the Regional Board issued ACL Complaint No. R9-2008-0021, to the North County Transit District (District), on March 4, 2008. ACL Complaint No. R9-2008-0021 was issued to the District for additional violations of State Board Order No. 99-08-DWQ, the NPDES General Permit for Storm Water Discharges Associated with Construction Activity, from the District's Sprinter Rail construction site. The proposed amount of liability in ACL Complaint No. R9-2008-0021 is $685,000.
