Tentative Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs or Orders)

Supplemental Program Environmental Impact Report (SPEIR)

Proposed amendments to the March 2011 Program Environmental Impact Report (PEIR) for the Irrigated Lands Regulatory Program (ILRP). The proposed changes incorporate the recently adopted Central Valley-wide Salt and Nitrate Control Program. In order to evaluate the environmental impacts resultant from incorporating the Salt and Nitrate Control Program into the ILRP General Orders, a proposed SPEIR has been developed. This SPEIR is a supplement to the original ILRP PEIR.

A public hearing concerning the proposed revisions is scheduled for 22-23 April 2021 via Zoom. Written comments on the proposed SPEIR are due no later than 5:00 p.m. on 25 March 2021. If you have any questions or comments, please contact Sue McConnell by email at Sue.McConnell@waterboards.ca.gov.

Coalition General Orders (WDRs)

Proposed amendments for eight WDRs for growers within the Central Valley are provided at the links shown below (track change versions are available upon request). The proposed changes incorporate the recently adopted Central Valley-wide Salt and Nitrate Control Program into the ILRP Coalition (or Third-Party) WDRs.
