Proposition 84 Funding: Criteria for Funding Sections 75022 and 75025
Senate Bills SB X2 1(PDF) and SB 732 (PDF) were signed into law on September 30, 2008, requiring changes to funding criteria for Sections 75022 and 75025 of Proposition 84.
In April 2009 CDPH held two public meetings -- in Diamond Bar and in Sacramento -- to consider public comments on the draft revised criteria for Section 75022 and the draft new criteria for Section 75025. The public comment period closed on May 1, 2009.

The revised criteria are final (October 20, 2010): Section 75022: Small community infrastructure improvements for chemical and nitrate contaminants - ($180 Million) (PDF) .

The criteria are final (September 17, 2009): Section 75025: Grants to prevent or reduce contamination of groundwater that serves as a source of drinking water - ($60 Million) (PDF) .
