A-2779, AES Redondo Beach Generating Station Time Schedule Order

The State Water Resources Control Board received a petition for review of the Los Angeles Regional Water Quality Control Board’s failure to adopt a time schedule order for the Redondo Beach Generating Station Order No. R4-2016-0222-A01, which regulates discharges to King Harbor.

On June 28, 2022, the State Water Board provided notice that it would consider adoption of a proposed order in the above matter on August 2, 2022 at a public hearing. The transmittal letter and notice is below and explains how to submit comments to the Board for this matter. Instructions for participating in the public meeting will be included in the Board Meeting Agenda for the August 2, 2022 State Water Board Meeting, which will be available on the State Water Board’s website on or about July 28, 2022.
