ILRP Drinking Water Well Monitoring
In accordance with Waste Discharge Requirements for Growers in Coalition Groups, coalition members are required to monitor their on-farm drinking water wells. This is to identify wells that have nitrate concentrations exceeding the drinking water standard and to notify well users of the potential for human health risks. This form is required to obtain a GeoTracker account Please submit to ELAP Laboratory with sample(s)- Sacramento Valley Drinking Water Member Information Form - specifically for members within the Sacramento Valley Water Quality Coalition.

If your sample result exceeded the drinking water standard, this form is required to be signed, provided to well users, and mailed to the Central Valley Water Board's ILRP. If you or your family are the only users, and you answered "yes" to question 1j on the Drinking Water Member Information Form, your notification requirement has been fulfilled.
