Water Conservation Portal - Alternative Compliance Orders
Pursuant to paragraph 16 of State Water Board Resolution 2015-0032, a supplier can request alternate enforceable methods of compliance if the supplier believes that the conservation standard is unachievable due to firm commercial and industrial water use and residential reductions that would affect public health and safety.
