Hardin Creek in Napa County

The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) held a hearing to determine whether Permit 20821A of Alan Hardin Trust, Donald Hardin Trust and Jeanne Hardin Trust should be revoked for failure to commence and complete construction and put the authorized water to beneficial use as contemplated in the permit in accordance with Water Code.
