The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) will hold a hearing to consider Yuba County Water Agency's (YCWA) Petition to Change the effective date of the long-term instream flow requirements specified in Revised Decision 1644 (as modified by the State Water Board Order WR 2006-0009)... involving Water Right Permits 15026, 15027 and 15030 (Applications 5632, 15204 and 15574 of YCWA).
