State Water Board staff will provide an overview of recent curtailment and reporting orders issued in the Scott River and Shasta River watersheds and guidance to diverters on how to (1) certify compliance with the curtailment order; (2) submit certifications to continue limited diversions for minimum human health and safety, livestock watering, or instream uses; (3) complete petitions; and (4) provide required information.
