OWTS Policy Regional Jurisdictions and Contact list

The OWTS Policy Allows Tier 2 Local agency Management Programs to manage the installation of new and replacement OWTS under that program. Local Agency Management Programs approved under Tier 2 provide an alternate method from Tier 1 programs to achieve the same policy purpose, which is to protect water quality and public health.
For permitting and case specific questions, please contact the respected Regional Water Quality Control Boards or your local agency directly.
