Proposals for Voluntary Agreements to Update and Implement the Bay-Delta Plan
This page includes public information available to the State Water Board related to efforts by the California Natural Resources Agency and water users in the Bay-Delta watershed to establish voluntary agreements (VAs) related to the Board’s efforts to update and implement the Water Quality Control Plan for the San Francisco Bay/Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta Estuary (Bay-Delta Plan).
Announcements
By the end of the day on March 29, 2024, the State Water Board will be posting documents received from parties proposing VAs on the Board’s File Transfer Protocol (FTP) site as identified in the Notice of Board Workshop on Proposed VAs Related to Sacramento/Delta Update to Bay-Delta Plan. These documents include a cover memo explaining the documents that are being submitted. To receive access to the FTP site to review the draft VA documents, please email SacDeltaComments@waterboards.ca.gov.
