Current Curtailment of Diversions in Mill, Deer, and Antelope creeks
NEW INFORMATION
- CDFW Memorandum to the State Water Board requesting that the State Water Board Suspend Re-Adoption of Emergency Regulations on Mill, Deer, and Antelope Creeks Based on Hydrologic Conditions, dated March 14, 2016.
- The 2015 Emergency Regulation adopted for Insufficient Flow for Specific Fisheries in Mill, Deer and Antelope Creeks expired on December 29, 2015 and is no longer in effect.
- As of November 2, 2015, water is now available for diversion for all post-1914 appropriative water right holders on the Sacramento and San Joaquin River watersheds and Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta. This notice remains in effect until further notice. On December 10, 2015, the Term 91 curtailment was lifted. Current Sacramento River and Delta water shortage notice information is available at the Summary of Water Shortage Notices webpage.
