- The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) and the California Department of Water Resources (DWR) hosted SGMA community workshops in January 2020 in the cities of Clovis and Paso Robles. These regional workshops focused on the evaluation of Groundwater Sustainability Plans, the state's role, annual groundwater extraction reporting requirements, and available resources.
