Help is available if you are experiencing a water outage or shortage. If you are in Fresno, Kern, Kings, Madera, Mariposa, Merced, Stanislaus, or Tulare county, contact Self Help Enterprises for assistance. If outside of this area, contact your county office of emergency services.

Senate Bill 552 Information

Senate Bill 552 (enacted in September 2021) includes new responsibilities and requirements at both the state and local level to help small water systems, rural communities and counties reduce their risk of inadequate water supply amid a water shortage event.
