CALIFORNIA WATERFIX HEARING EXHIBIT NO. SWRCB-5

In accordance with the California Natural Community Conservation Planning Act (NCCPA) and Section 10 of the federal Endangered Species Act (ESA), on December 13, 2013 the California Department of Water Resources published a draft Bay-Delta Conservation Plan (BDCP) by posting it to the public web site for the BDCP, http://baydeltaconservationplan.com. The specific page URL for is http://baydeltaconservationplan.com/EnvironmentalReview/EnvironmentalReview/2013-2014PublicReview/2013PublicReviewDraftBDCP.aspx. It is anticipated that the Draft BDCP will be used by multiple parties, including the petitioners, as evidence in the hearing to consider conditional changes to the water right permits of the Department of Water Resources and the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation in support of the California WaterFix project. To discourage introducing the same document under different party/exhibit numbers, Board staff copied the Draft BDCP documents to a web server under the control of the State Water Board's I.T. Division and labeled it as Exhibit No. SWRCB-5. Parties in the hearing who plan to use the Draft BDCP in their testimony are requested to use this identification when introducing the document by reference. Other party exhibit identification numbers will not be allowed for these documents.

Public Review Draft BDCP documents were downloaded on December 17, 2015 and are linked in the sections below. Document Chapters and files are preserved in the same order as the BDCP web site.
