Biological Assessment For California Water Fix

CALIFORNIA WATERFIX HEARING EXHIBIT NO. SWRCB-104

In preparation for formal consultation with the National Marine Fisheries Service and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service under Section 7 of the U.S. Endangered Species Act (ESA), on August 2, 2016 the California Department of Water Resources released and published a Biological Assessment for the California WaterFix, July 2016 (Biological Assessment).

On August 4, 2016, corresponding to Day 5 of the State Water Board's California WaterFix Change Petition Hearing, the Biological Assessment was marked for identification as exhibit no. SWRCB-104. Parties in the hearing who plan to use the Biological Assessment in their testimony are requested to use this identification when introducing the document by reference.
