NEW SYSTEM

    1. Complete and submit Preliminary Water System Technical Report as described in SB1263 handout. NOTE: You must complete this process and submit the required Report to the Division District Office for approval prior to requesting a new water system permit application.
    2. When the Report is approved, complete and submit: Form 7-00a/Request A New Water Supply Permit Application, Form 7-03/System Information Sheet, and Form 7-18/Water System Contact Form

    1. Submit Form 7-00b/Request A Water Supply Permit Amendment Application
